About Dr. Michelle Chestovich

For twenty years, I've cared for women as a board-certified family physician — including seventeen years of delivering babies and being present for some of the most meaningful moments of my patients' lives.

But it was my own diagnosis that brought me here.

In September 2025, I was diagnosed with bilateral breast cancer. Treatment sent me off an estrogen cliff overnight. And in that experience, I felt firsthand what so many women have been trying to tell their doctors for years: the menopause transition is profound, it is disruptive, and it is far too often dismissed.

I knew I had to do something about that.

I have a particular place in my heart for women navigating menopause after breast cancer or gynecological cancer. Our situation is complex, and we deserve care that honors that complexity — not a one-size-fits-all answer.

Because here's the truth: for many women, the answer isn't simply adding a hormone back. It's figuring out what your body needs, what your history requires, and what your goals are. That's what I'm here for.

You deserve a doctor who gets it. I'm so glad you're here.
